I have a VIP Admission ticket. Where do I enter Wundernacht?
Please enter the West Lobby doors of The Palladium (1 Carter Green, Carmel, IN 46032) to check-in. You will receive electronic confirmation after your ticket has been purchased. All you need is your name to check in - no physical ticket is required! Initial admission into VIP must go through the West Lobby of The Palladium.
I have a General Admission ticket. Where do I enter Wundernacht?
Please enter The Tarkington (3 Carter Green, Carmel, IN 46032) to check-in for General Admission entry. You will receive electronic confirmation after your ticket has been purchased. All you need is your name to check in - no physical ticket is required! GA Guests will not be admitted prior to 6 p.m.
What is the attire for the event?
There is no formal dress code. We encourage you to dress comfortably and festive, of course! Be sure to check the weather and dress accordingly, as a majority of the event takes place outside within the Carmel Christkindlmarkt!
Will VIP have coat check inside?
Coat check services are available at the west side of the lower Salon level near the restrooms at the Payne & Mencias Palladium, and where guests enter the event in the West Lobby.
Where can I park once I arrive?
Free parking is available at the following locations:
Center Public Parking Garage (819 Third Ave SW, Carmel, IN 46032)
Veterans Way Garage (100 City Center Dr, Carmel, IN 46032)
Civic Square Parking (50 Red Truck Rd, Carmel, IN 46032)

VIP Guests Only - All VIP Guests may take advantage of complimentary valet parking services offered through their VIP Admission ticket, which is available at the Palladium’s West Lobby entrance off 3rd Avenue SW
Do I need a ticket to attend Wundernacht?
Yes, a ticket is required to attend. General Admission and VIP tickets are available but please note, there is no physical ticket for check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes situations arise that are outside of our control. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis up until Wednesday, November 18. Refunds will not be issued after that date. Please note that tickets are non-transferable.
Can children attend Wundernacht?
No, this event is for adults 21+. No one underage will be allowed.
What should I bring to Wundernacht?
Be ready with your name for check-in, and be prepared for being outdoors!
What does Wundernacht benefit?
Ticket sales and sponsorships will serve as a fundraiser to benefit the ongoing education of our community and the cultural exchange between Germany and the United States through our Werkstatt program.
